Chablis is well-known for wines made of Chardonnay all wines are dry, most are medium bodied, medium alcohol, with zesty high acidity, green apple and lemon fruit flavours. The general trend is no or minimal oak flavours.

The prices range form mid-price to premium with super-premium examples.
