A long-term and multiple stakeholder perspective. All topics must be integrated in one policy because they effect each other
What is the difference between the general environment and the business environment?The business environment has more influence because it consists of customers, economy, labour market, competitors, financial market, regulations and technology.
the general environment consists of trends, global environment, political climate, demographic trends and culture.
What is the HR strategy?
Combination of all HR systems implemented in an organization, ideally aligned to the overall business strategy (How to recruit, organize, develop, & motivate people)
