    Multi actor
    Broad societal
    Multi level

  • What is Organizational citizen behavior ?
    If employees get more responsibility and leeway they will be willing to go the extra mile.
  • Why was strategic added to HRM?
    Because it is not possible to achieve objectives if the goals of the company are not aligned with HRM.
  • Why are there tensions between employees and employers in the work-field?
    Because what is good for the employer is not necessarily good for the employee and vice versa.
  • What is the essence of the strategic balance model?
    Organizational success can only be achieved when financial performance AND societal performance of an organization are above average

  • What is sustainable HRM?

    A long-term and multiple stakeholder perspective. All topics must be integrated in one policy because they effect each other 
  • What is the difference between the general environment and the business environment?
    The business environment has more influence because it consists of customers, economy, labour market, competitors, financial market, regulations and technology. 
    the general environment consists of trends, global environment, political climate, demographic trends and culture. 
  • What is the HR strategy?

    Combination of all HR systems implemented in an organization, ideally aligned to the overall business strategy (How to recruit, organize, develop, & motivate people) 
  • Why is the Harvard model so special?
    Harvard model pleads for multiple goals. This model is the inspiration of the the SIX Component Model.

  • What is a resource?
    Everything you need to create what you sell
    Either

    buy--> use --> replace
